By-Product Management

Heritage Interactive Services is just one of the companies created by Heritage Environmental Services in our long history of looking to the future, creating new solutions, innovative approaches, better technologies, and services that promote enduring customer relationships. Heritage Interactive Services focuses its efforts and resources around the concept that while being wasteful can be costly, waste materials are not worthless. Materials of all types should be recognized as by-products having some basic value so long as they are used, but not used up. Heritage Interactive works with customers to help identify and remove waste from the internal processes that surround the generation and management of its customers’ by-products. Heritage Interactive Services has evolved from being a waste disposal manager for its customers, to becoming their “ByProduct Solution Partner.”

Environmental Information System

Heritage has developed a proprietary Environmental Information System (EIS), allowing our customers to access their waste activity data via the Internet, 24 hours a day/7 days a week. The Heritage EIS system is free-of-charge and has no limitations to customer access. This web-based program allows access to valuable tracking and reporting capabilities, without the need for expensive software or extensive training our customers. EIS contains up to the minute information on approved waste profiles, shipments and lab results as well as copies of documents like manifests, certificates of analysis and invoices.
